The Hottest Body on the Beach
It never fails, when the summertime hits everyone is thinking about their body and just how good (or bad!) they’ll look in their swimsuit. Now you can find out through exercise training how to get and keep that great sexy body that you’ve always wanted: six pack abs for the guys, and the perfect beach bikini body for the ladies.
The first thing you want to do before starting any type of exercise training is to set your goal weight. Set a goal and take a picture of your “before” self and pin it to the fridge. This is your motivation to get a great beach body by looking at your old self while working on your new self.
Here’s what you need to know…
After you’ve set your ideal weight goal, recognize your eating habits. Do you snack in between meals? What kind of snacks do you eat? If you are feeling hungry between meals, turn to fresh fruits and vegetables rather than chips and cookies. However in order to avoid feeling like you are on a “diet“, limit yourself to doing this for just two weeks and see how you do. If at the end of the two weeks you want to keep continuing with your healthy eating, keep going! But if you’re feeling deprived, take a couple days off but make sure you get back on to your healthy snack ritual.
Still yet before exercise training, you want to re-evaluate what sort of foods you’re eating during meals. What sort of portions are you eating? If you realize that it’s not the actual food, but rather the portions that are too big, try this simple trick: Drink a full glass of water before each meal. That way you will get full faster and eat less.
Now you can begin your exercise training by setting up a daily regimen for yourself. If you’re severely out of shape, start slow by just walking everyday. If you’re in moderate shape, then perhaps some cardio exercise training like running or if you have a treadmill or stair stepping machine. But before any exercise training ritual, be sure you always warm up your muscles beforehand. This eliminates injury and makes you less sore the next day.
Speaking of the next day, no matter how sore you are, you must continue your exercise training. Maybe you could go a little lighter with your regimen, but make sure you don’t cop out because you’re too sore. Other exercise training that you could be doing to get a better beach body are situps, pushups, and squats to build up a better behind. It doesn’t take any fancy gym membership or expensive equipment to accomplish your exercise training, even some good old fashioned jumping jacks are a great way to get your body physically fit.
